Plain-language summary: ProtoVibing is a tool to help founders validate and build better products. You own your ideas and content. We run the platform in good faith but cannot guarantee your startup will succeed. Be respectful, do not abuse the Service, and if something goes wrong let us know.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of protovibing.ai, alpha.protovibing.ai, and related services (the “Service”) provided by Pathfinder Foundry, LLC, a Washington limited liability company with its registered address at 522 W Riverside Ave, Ste N, Spokane, WA 99201 (“ProtoVibing,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You create an account in one of two ways:
You are responsible for keeping your email account and, where applicable, your GitHub credentials secure. Password-based sign-in and additional identity providers may be added in the future.
You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, report it immediately.
Accounts are for individual humans. Do not share your account credentials or let someone else use your account.
You keep all rights to the ideas, documents, prototypes, interview notes, and other content you create in ProtoVibing (“Your Content”). We do not claim ownership of Your Content.
To run the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, process, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and the collaborators you invite. This license ends when you delete Your Content or close your account, except for backup copies that may persist for up to 90 days and copies retained as required by law.
We do not and will not use Your Content to train our own AI models or the models of any third party. When Your Content is sent to an AI provider as part of an agent run, it is sent only to generate a response for you, subject to that provider’s own data handling terms.
You represent that Your Content does not violate any law, infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights, or contain malicious code. You are solely responsible for Your Content.

Do not rely on AI-generated content for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
When you invite someone to a project, you are responsible for ensuring they are appropriate collaborators and that their participation complies with any applicable confidentiality or legal obligations.
Reviewers invited to your project can review your work, leave comments, and participate in phase sign-offs. They cannot edit your artifacts. You are responsible for any agreements (including non-disclosure agreements) you have with your reviewers.
If you conduct user research through the Service, you are responsible for obtaining informed consent from participants, including consent for any recording, transcription, or analysis of their interactions. You must comply with all applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction.

Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
When you provide your own API key for an AI provider, you are responsible for all charges that provider bills you based on your usage of ProtoVibing. We do not control or receive those charges.
When you connect GitHub, you authorize ProtoVibing to create and update repositories on your behalf for your projects. You can revoke this authorization at any time from your GitHub settings, though doing so may break project functionality.
Repositories created by ProtoVibing on your GitHub account are owned by you and subject to GitHub’s own terms.
We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime or service interruptions.
During the alpha period at alpha.protovibing.ai, the Service is offered on a best-effort basis. Expect bugs, missing features, and occasional data loss. We recommend exporting important work regularly.
We may add, remove, or modify features at any time. If a change is significant and affects your ability to use the Service meaningfully, we will try to give you advance notice.
You can close your account at any time from settings or through our contact form. Your data will be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
